Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plan. Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching. Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies. Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech). What We’re Looking For: Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on complex building projects. Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
